We invite CPAs and MBAs with a minimum of 8 years of corporate experience to apply to learn more about our Firm.To be an Etonien requires you to have a specific educational background as well as a progressive skill set from a minimum Manager level through CFO level experience in either a Fortune 1000 environment, a complex private equity owned company or public/private middle market company. In addition to a strong technical background, our resources are also required to have a strong level of professional interaction and a client service oriented mindset.
Our culture embraces a team atmosphere. Being a mentor and accepting mentorship from our highly experienced team allows our resources to continue to evolve their already well rounded skill sets.
The final – but most important- part of being an Etonien is to be relevant. We need our resources to have exposure to a wide variety of financial systems, technical issues, business issues and management issues. A degree of political savvy is also essential for each one of our resources in order to succeed in each of their engagements.
